Plans are billed monthly or yearly. Features vary by plan.

All fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable unless required by law.

You may not use takka ai for illegal, harmful, or abusive activities.

takka ai provides AI-powered automation tools. The business owner is responsible for reviewing, configuring, and monitoring the AI agent's behavior and responses.

You are responsible for your customers' data, communications, and any regulatory obligations.

Integrations with third parties are subject to their own terms and pricing.

WhatsApp Business API and other messaging providers charge separately per conversation or message.

Data is processed to provide and improve the service, per our Privacy Policy.

We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

To the extent permitted, our liability is limited to fees paid in the previous 12 months.

You may cancel any time. Access continues until the end of the paid period.

We may update these terms; continued use constitutes acceptance.
